Processing Time

Each Astara piece is carefully selected, energetically cleansed, and prepared with intention before shipping.

  • Processing time: 1–7 business days, depending on product availability and restock cycles

  • Processing times may fluctuate during periods of high demand

  • Expedited shipping does not speed up processing time — it only shortens transit time after the order has been shipped

  • Exact processing times are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation email

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
We automatically select the carrier offering the best delivery time at the moment of shipment.

Estimated Shipping Time

Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

  • Expedited shipping (if available): approximately 5–7 business days

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak seasons.

  • Canada

  • Australia

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping speed

Expedited shipping options may be available depending on destination and order timing.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their local authorities.

Astara does not collect or control these fees and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
In some cases, packages may require pickup from a local customs office.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an address change is requested after processing has begun or a shipping label has been created, changes may not be possible.
In such cases, customers must contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • Please contact support@astaraforyou.store within 20 days of the return date

  • Reshipment may be arranged

  • Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

If tracking shows “Label Created” or “Awaiting Carrier Pickup,” please allow 10–14 business days for updates.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered for refund and dispute purposes.
Astara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
